Lost a member of my childhood church family to cancer today. She was only 32 years old. She helped get us all together last September for a reunion of our Junior Gospel Choir in honor of our retiring director/pianist. She helped create a memory that will last a lifetime. It feels so surreal. Just wanted to share this in her memory. RIP Latisha. You are at peace and rest with our God now and we know that He doesn’t make mistakes. We love and will miss you.

Thank you all for all of your kind words. Went to her home going today. It was rough, but beautiful. She will be missed sorely, but we all know that she is in a better place and we’ll see her again one day.
