I picked up two new DVDs on Wednesday night because I was getting bored with the Cardio segment in the Brazil Butt Lift series and it wasn’t challenging anymore. The Biggest Loser Workout – Cardio Max was the one I decided to try out today. I’ll provide more details later, because I have to get out the door. But, let’s just say that it’s classic Bob. The work-out definitely got my heart rate up and I laughed throughout at Bob’s contagious personality.
Day 12:
- 30 minute Week 1-2 The Biggest Loser Cardio Max workout with Bob Harper (5 min. warm-up, 20 min. cardio, 5 min. cool down) √
I just got a coupon for $3 off Biggest Loser videos. I was getting bored with my videos too. I started to find workouts on youtube. I think I’m just going to buy one of these.

check out your local library as well….they have lots of fitness DVD’s totally free! Use one for a week, return it and pick up another one…this will help you change up your routine so you don’t become bored and save your pocketbook 🙂

That’s a great suggestion. Unfortunately, won’t work for me as I would always get library fines! LOL!
