Project Scale Down: Day 10

Standard

It wasn’t much, but a little of something is better than a little of nothing. I feel like 7 hours of untwisting hair should count for something too, right?

Okay, still feeling a little under the weather, took some DayQuil (was out of the night variety), Emergen-C and my vitamins/supplements. Hitting the sack with plans to wake up early to wash this mop and do something with it before work.

Day 10:

  • 10 minute Abs of Steel routine (p.m.)
