Project Scale Down: Day 7


Got home later than I would have liked and then procrastinated on Facebook for about an hour and a half before finally sucking it up to hit the basement. My plan this morning was to do the 40 minute Lauren Brooks Kettlebell routine. But, wasn’t feeling that at all upon getting home. Mental exhaustion is a b@#$!! So, opted for the 12 minute routine instead.

Day 7:

  • 10 minute Abs of Steel routine (a.m.)
  • 12 minute Lauren Brooks Full Body Blast Kettlebell interval routine … TWICE*!! WHAT?!? LOL!! 24 minutes (p.m.)  

*Yup … I was feeling it once I got started! And, I upgraded to the 20 lb bell after doing the first 12 minutes with the 15 lb bell!!
