Project Scale Down: Day 6

Standard

It was 10 p.m., but I did it. I got my other 10 minutes in for the day (it turned into 20).

Day 6:

  • 10 minute Abs of Steel routine (a.m.) 
  • 20 minutes on treadmill; four 3.8/6.5 mph sprint intervals  (p.m.)
